This weeks theme is a rather nice Free theme called iTheme2 by Themify. This theme will definitely appeal to the Mac users out there with its Mac OS type styling. The image slider box across the top pulls in thumbnails from the latest post – you need to create what’s known as a Post Image which is 145 pixels x 120 pixels. The arrows on each side of the slider box allow surfers to scroll between all the post on your site which is quite a nifty feature. This theme is a a revamp of the popular iTheme though this one looks quite different. The iTheme2 theme would surely suit a technology or Mac related blog. There are numerous layout styles including Fullwidth, Sections, Sidebar Left and Sidebar Right. The theme’s admin settings panel also carries the Mac-centric look and has many useful options such as Header and Footer code sections, Shortcodes, Footer Widgets and Text plus control over the style of nearly every single element on the theme.
